Selling your own home? Stage the photos yourself.
Try it yourself — free, no signup, usually ready in 1–5 minutes.
An empty room is hard to picture living in. Furniture in the photo is what gets someone to book a viewing.
A phone photo is fine. We keep your original untouched.
What should we do with it
No account. No card. Usually 1–5 minutes.
Glare or very low light can break a stage — a brighter shot almost always works.

Real rooms, real output. Every result carries its label.

Empty living room, staged neutral.

Front of the house, day to dusk.

Empty bedroom, move-in ready.
About the label
You are not the one the law is aimed at. Label it anyway.
California’s disclosure rules bind licensed agents and brokers, not owners selling their own home. But a buyer who feels misled is a problem regardless of who holds a licence — so every image we make says what it is.
The label is baked in
“Virtually staged” sits in the pixels, so it survives every site you post the photo to.
Your original is kept
We never overwrite what you uploaded. Show the empty room next to the staged one and nobody can claim surprise.
A page that proves it
Original, staged result, timestamp, one link. Useful the day a buyer asks what was changed.
Furniture only, never the house
We add furniture. We do not move walls, change floors or invent a garden — the house in the photo is the house you are selling.
One house, one payment.
You are selling once. There is nothing here to subscribe to or cancel.
