Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Stagefront (stagefront.co), operated by Komilion (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Stagefront provides AI-assisted tools that edit property photos — including virtual staging of interiors and enhancement of building exteriors. Outputs are synthetic or digitally modified images. They are not photographs of a finished physical renovation unless you separately confirm that.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep access credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, reverse-engineer models, or generate prohibited content.

3. Credits, plans, and billing

Generation uses credits according to the plan shown at checkout. Unused monthly credits may not roll over unless we say otherwise in product copy. Payments are processed by Stripe. Failed payments may pause paid features. Free-tier outputs may include a watermark.

4. Your content and license

You retain rights to photos you upload, subject to third-party rights (e.g. photographer contracts, MLS rules). You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your images solely to provide the service. You represent that you have the right to upload and process those images.

Subject to these Terms — including the review and disclosure obligations in Section 5 — you may use the outputs we generate for you in property listings and marketing materials (including MLS, portals, social media, and print), commercial or otherwise.

5. AI outputs and listing compliance

Outputs can invent furniture, change lighting, or tidy surfaces. You must review every image before publishing a listing and comply with local advertising, MLS, and consumer-protection rules. 6. Acceptable use

• No illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive listing practices.
• No uploading of CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or malware.
• No attempts to overload, scrape, or circumvent credit limits.
• No representing virtually staged or enhanced images as unedited photographs when rules require disclosure.

7. Intellectual property

The Stagefront product, brand, UI, and software are owned by Komilion or its licensors. Model providers (e.g. Fal) own or license underlying model weights; your use is subject to their terms as well.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, MLS-compliant in every market, or free of artifacts. AI image systems can hallucinate geometry, materials, and fixtures.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Komilion’s total liability arising out of these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim or (b) USD $50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost listing sales.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the platform. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, liability, indemnity) survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
