  • We don’t use your photos to train AI models. We don’t train models at all.
  • Your originals are stored untouched next to every result — download or delete them any time.
  • To create a result, your image is sent to the AI providers that run the generation models, solely for that purpose (see §4).
  • We don’t sell personal data.

This summary is for convenience — the full policy below governs.

This Privacy Policy explains how Komilion (“we”) collects and uses personal data when you use Stagefront. It is written for product launch; a lawyer-reviewed version should replace it before high-volume paid acquisition.

1. Who we are

Stagefront is a product of Komilion. Contact details will be listed on stagefront.co at launch. This policy applies to the Stagefront web app and related APIs.

2. Data we collect

  • Account: email address, optional name, plan, credit balance, Stripe customer IDs.
  • Usage: projects, generation requests, style choices, approximate timestamps, and error logs.
  • Images: photos you upload and AI outputs we generate or store for you.
  • Technical: IP address, browser type, cookies for session auth, and basic analytics events when enabled.
  • Payments: handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

3. How we use data

  • Provide virtual staging / enhancement and account features.
  • Debit and grant credits; process subscriptions and top-ups.
  • Improve quality (e.g. debugging failed jobs) and prevent abuse.
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms.
  • Optionally send product updates — only if you opt in or as allowed for transactional mail (receipts, security).

4. Processors and subprocessors

We use third parties under contract, including (as configured):

  • Hosting (e.g. Vercel)
  • Payments (Stripe)
  • Image generation APIs (e.g. Fal)
  • Vision / LLM APIs (e.g. OpenRouter)
  • Object storage when enabled (e.g. Cloudflare R2 / S3)
  • Email delivery when enabled (e.g. Resend)

Uploaded images may be sent to AI providers solely to generate results. Do not upload images you are not allowed to process.

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK where applicable)

Contract performance (providing the service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), and consent where required (marketing cookies / newsletters).

6. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Images and jobs may be retained for a limited period to support downloads and support requests, then deleted or anonymized. You can request deletion of your account and associated media (subject to legal retention needs).

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Cookies

We use an HTTP-only session cookie for authentication. We do not sell personal data. Analytics cookies, if added, will be disclosed and consent-gated where required.

9. International transfers

Providers may process data in the US or other countries. We use appropriate safeguards where required (e.g. SCCs).

10. Children

Stagefront is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Significant changes will be highlighted in-product when feasible.
