For real estate photographers

You already shot the listing. Bill for finishing it.

Staging happens in the edit, after you deliver your set. The shoot stays yours — composition, light, timing, the eye behind the camera.

Batch the whole shoot, pick one style for the listing, export labeled files with the originals paired beside them.

Stage during the edit.

The workflow fits the way you already deliver. Drop in the whole set at once, pick one style, and it carries across the listing — with a per-photo override where a room calls for it.

Batch upload

The full shoot goes in as one batch. Photos are recognised on upload and come back listing-ready.

One style, one listing

Choose the look once and it carries across the set, so the listing reads as one home. Per-photo override where a room calls for it.

Labeled exports

“Virtually staged” or “Digitally enhanced” baked into the file itself — nothing to remember to add in the portal.

Originals paired

The untouched photo downloads beside every staged image, so the pair ships as one deliverable.

Structure verified

Results are checked against your original. Walls, windows and fixtures stay as you photographed them, and a failed check regenerates free.

Delivery compliance

The duty is your client’s. The pipeline is yours.

California’s AB 723 has bound listing agents since 1 January 2026, and Wisconsin’s Act 69 will follow on 1 January 2027. Neither binds you. But the edit happens in your pipeline, which makes your delivery the place their compliance is won or lost.

Hand an agent a labeled file, its untouched original and a proof link, and you have handed them the thing they are personally on the hook for. That is a reason to keep booking you.

Baked in, not bolted on

The label lives in the pixels, so it survives cropping, syndication and every downstream display your client cannot control.

A proof page per image

Original, labeled result, timestamp, one shareable link the agent can drop into the listing paperwork.

The pairing rule, handled

The rules ask for the unaltered photo alongside the altered one. You deliver both, already matched.

Guides written for you

The AB 723 and Act 69 guides are written as a photographer delivery workflow, not as legal theory.

Shooting for staged shots

Wide interior shot before staging — upload 1600px wide or more for clean detail

Upload 1600px wide or more

Clean detail needs the pixels. Below 800px wide, results come out soft.

Two-wall corner angle of an empty bedroom — shoot from the corners

Shoot from the corners

A two-wall angle gives the stage the room’s true shape to work with, and reads as the room actually is.

Use natural light

The light you capture is the light the stage has to work with. A naturally lit shot stays believable once furnished.

Questions photographers actually ask

Do I change how I shoot?

No. The shoot stays yours — composition, light, timing, the eye behind the camera. Staging happens in the edit, after you deliver your set: upload the finished photos, empty rooms get staged and exteriors enhanced in one to five minutes per image, and the untouched originals stay beside every result. It is an add-on to the shoot you already did, not a replacement for the person who did it.

What does the Photographer plan cost?

$99 per month for 300 images — about $0.33 each. Overage is $1.49 per image on any plan, top-ups are 10 images for $24.90 or 25 for $59.75, and annual billing gives two months free. Subscription credits roll over while you are subscribed, up to 3× the monthly allotment, and failed generations are refunded automatically.

How do I keep my agent clients compliant?

Every exported image carries the label baked into the file, the original is always kept and downloadable, and each result has a shareable per-image proof page the agent can drop into the listing paperwork. That matches the delivery workflow California’s AB 723 — live since 1 January 2026 — and Wisconsin Act 69, effective 1 January 2027, will push onto the listing agent.
